YOUR CREATIVE STYLE AND DREAMING NATURE
AS A THERAPIST/FACILITATOR
In this class we’ll explore aspects of your unique style and creative nature as a therapist/ facilitator. How does nature speak through you? What special style and dreaming is trying to be expressed through you in your work? Let’s study the processmind in action
In the first class, we’ll explore a unique aspect of your life that informs and illuminates your deep therapy style. In the second class we’ll creatively unfold momentary inner experiences while working with others. These experiences will reveal how your dreaming nature brings more creativity, knowledge, and freedom to your work with others.
Discussions will also focus on the synthesis between personal styles and learned skills. Expect inner work, discussions, dyad exercises, and FUN.

DEEP DEMOCRACY DANCE DISCOVERY
with individuals and relationships
Lets simplify, deepen, and “discover” our processwork methods and ideas. The word “DISCOVER” means use awareness to reveal, find out something you did not know before. Let’s study the processmind in action
By studying 1 TO 1 and shamanism in RELATIONSHIP WORK, we can re-experience process and play with the freedom to explore all paths: Arny will work with someone in the center, and others can get and study the process of SUPERVISION.
Who wants help with themselves as a client, or supervision as a facilitator in the middle?
We shall explore the exciting and almost unanswerable question; “what do you need to be your entire self in Public ?”
we shall use video study, talk about process, its mystery and real facts. Focus will be placed upon helping the “client”, explaining the therapist to her/himself, and group understanding of the mystery and reality of process. This should be be fun and educational!
Distant Learning via video streaming and audio download. Contact [email protected]
Each class will include a dyad exploring new processwork methods.
Class 1. Who are You as a Facilitator? The Tao of 1 to 1 Work in the center and training dyads

CLIMATE CHANGE/Social Change Open Forum
Is Climate Change As Urgent as Some Suggest?
And what, if anything, must be done?
In this open Public Forum, we encourage open discussion about climate change. What do scientists think? What is the public’s response? There is polarization in part because of a lack of communication among dissenting parties.
Let’s bring together people with divergent views on climate change. We will invite a balanced group of people to this discussion, including some who are enthusiastic about the need to respond to climate change and some who doubt the need for response to climate change, whatever the source of their doubt. Are we motivated to make change, are we doubtful, afraid of costs, or even depressed about the subject?
In this way, we hope to create a more open and respectful exchange of ideas, with an eye toward a healthier and better environmental, social and economic world for everyone, including plants, animals, and all people.
Forum Type: Invited speakers will speak briefly to begin the open forum, followed by group discussion and small groups about the next steps. Click here for more about the The Open Forum Concept
We are especially thankful to the initiators and organizers of this forum,

- Professor Jeff Kiehl, (National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder)

OCCUPY WORLDWORK: A 2nd Training
The Power of your Facilitator’s Free Mind
with Small + Large Groups, Business+Open Forums
to “Occupy” All of the Planet’s Roles
With Amy and Arny Mindell
This 3 day seminar focuses on eldership development of facilitators using innerwork applied to world issues. Our goal is to support small and large group leaders to use their free and creative processminds in dealing with complex social, business and ecological issues.
Worldwork elders need what we call, “2nd training”. They may or may not know 1st training details and group-organizational process skills (e.g. levels, roles, ghost roles, double signals, group myths…). However a second training facilitator succeeds in great part because of her purpose, her meta-skills, (i.e. her/his feeling skills) as well as her past knowledge of groups and organizations. She knows how, or can learn to gain the confidence of people from different economic classes, races, ages, religions, sexual orientations, etc. Elders know how to relate to their so called “enemies”.
The 2nd training facilitator realizes that the structure of any group of people is deeply democratic: i.e. Groups consist of at least 3 levels, all of which has the right to be represented. Groups consist of I. Real individuals, teams, issues and facts. II. Roles: All real people and problems are shared inner feelings +dreams, III. Essences; Groups have a powerful “processmind” fields that influence feelings. Representing all levels is inner and outer work. Though someone may be identified as the facilitator, in the processwork paradigm, everyone is responsible for the evolution of organizations.
In this seminar, there will be theory and practice concerning ”1st training skills and ideas” and “2nd Training” eldership metaskills – stressing the quantum principle of “try all paths” (Richard Feynman) and processmind/ system-mind experiences. Be prepared to understand the facilitator’s abuse issues, experience confidence and eldership.
Special attention will be devoted to:
- Facilitating large groups by making a home for all under tense and diverse face to face circumstances.
- Being congruent (following your own signals ) in relationship with the use of your “Taoist’s Free Mind”.
- Seeing worst critics as possible personal powers.
- Dancing with change, creating unpredictable solutions.
- 2nd training awards: for those interested, some people will receive 2nd training awards at the seminar. Others at the seminar will receive such awards, after the seminar, after completing suggested personalized learning tips from amy, arny or other 2nd training instructors.
Daily Agenda:
Day 1. Open Forum Training; Business+Climate Change: Facilitator’s Abuse Issues and Powers
Day 2. Forum Training on Social Diversity Issues (race, religion, sex. orientation, age…) Sitting in the Fire
Day 3. World Change Forum: Occupy 1%, 99%, + Dreams: (2nd Training awards.)

2nd TRAINING WITH OUR BODY, YOUR SYMPTOMS
The Death of Death, and Creativity in Life
Insights from science into the nature of relativity and quantum theory and experiences with near death situations relativize the consensus reality meaning of death. It is challenging to realize the meaning of these insights. Working alone, or with others on body symptoms, takes special skills, a “2nd training” beyond the learnable and important skills of the 1st trainings. We will explore how symptoms provoke you into being a shaman, how symptoms are yours, and “ours,” and why fears of death are so healthy for it .
Day 1. SHAMAN’S BODY; Symptom as Shaman’s Calling
Day 2. SYMPTOMS IN RELATIONSHIPS; shared spaces, shared energies
Day 3. DEATH SYMPTOMS; For longest life + creativity
