THE FACILITATOR’S  2 nd  TRAINING

using the Shaman’s Nonlocal Body Experience

1st Trainings teach technical and feeling skills needed for a particular task or profession such as psychology, law, medicine, sociology etc. 1st Trainings can be learned in institutes and universities.

2nd trainings occur after the “Ashram” or “University” in everyday life experience. (We are especially thankful to Fukushima Roshi for the inspiration behind our idea of the 2nd training).

The 2nd training is a mastery level facilitation method that works even when we are very troubled or when strong polarized feelings are present. Life itself is the best 2nd training teacher in learning how to flow creatively in difficult situations with yourself, relationships, teams and world ecology.

Can 2nd trainings be accelerated? We will try by using the shaman’s understanding of quantum entanglement, and Einstein’s idea that mass can be transformed into energy. (Don’t worry, we will introduce these ideas in a way that can be easily understood).  Our new approach to the 2nd training will include C. G. Jung’s synchronicity, and new ideas about quantum “coherence”.

Who might benefit from this workshop? This seminar is for anyone at any level of education. Knowledge of processwork is helpful, but not necessary for this training. It is meant not only for people interested in psychology, but for facilitators in all fields hoping to create a more sustainable world with more magic and flow for everyone.  In the 2nd training, impossible situations are met realistically, and also with dreaming, that is as a shaman’s “chance to dance.”

2nd Training Awards; For those interested in going further with the 2nd training, we encourage participants to track their experiences during the seminar and over the course of a year–with or without contact with the Mindells.

Agenda; Expect 1/3 theory, 1/3 demonstration and 1/3 practice in dyads and teams. (Special processwork tutorials will be available during the lunch breaks)

• Day 3.  Street Theater and Crazy Wisdom. 2nd Training Awards and Life as a Chance to Dance.

!! Timing: 10-5.30 with a 1.5 hr lunch break each day
