DANCING ♥

with Organizational and Individual Holism
This 3 1/2 day facilitator training seminar focuses on Family, Groups, Organizations and International situations involving Ecology, and Diversity Issues of all kinds
The world needs new leadership; creative facilitators who understand real problems, and use the spirit of eldership in all their work.
For us, elders understand all sides; they have access to “process holism,” that is, holistic system and earth rhythms behind small and large group processes. Such facilitators are diversity teachers in the inner and outer sense, they are creators of sustainable friendships, groups and international organizations.
Our special educational focus is devoted to holistic community making skills, including the process of dancing with disagreement. We apply the deepest self, to these skills to help everyone move fluidly through complex social, organizational and political processes even during times when leaders are strongly polarized by issues.
To learn these skills, we shall focus upon
A. The reality of diversity issues, and
B. The subtle power of the earth in small family and global processes, and
C. Earth dances and “martial arts”. -We explore our understanding of the essence of “dances” such as Capoeira (an Afro-Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, music and dance.) See the video for more: http://www.flyawaybeetle.com/
OUR OVERALL GOAL is to EXPERIENCE and ILLUMINATE the FACILITATOR’S SPIRIT.
Thus, this seminar is for anyone interested in:
-facilitation, with or without processwork skills.
- diversity problems, ecological difficulties, and sustainable cultures
Method: We briefly discuss worldwork’s 1st training fundamentals, (issues, roles and energies) and stress mastery level group facilitation, that is aspects of what we call, “the 2nd training”, its seriousness, fun, unpredictability and “crazy wisdom”. This new work includes “dance” and shamanism as tools for your own inner, relationship and world problems.
Expect 1/3 theory, 1/3 supervision and 1/3 inner and team practice in professional facilitator development and personal growth.
Day 1. CRAZY WISDOM DANCE at HOME: The Facilitator’s individual and family issues.
Day 2. RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS and SUSTAINABILITY: the nonlocal nature of personal experience
Day 3. “DANCE” to IMPROVE WORLD DIVERSITY TENSIONS. Open Forum training: from disagreements to dancing with the atmosphere.
Day 4. YOUR 2nd TRAINING SCORE BOARD. What’s your next step in facilitation mastery?
–> We encourage participants to bring family, organizational and community eco problems –if possible– to seek resolution together for personal and historical issues.
–> Contact Dr. Jai Tomlin at processfacilitation@yahoo.com Tel USA 541-265-9210

AGING?? DEATH??? BODY SYMPTOMS and WORLD THEATER!!
2nd Training in Symptom Work
Aches, Pains, Fears, Life, Death, Coma, and World Tasks .
Ouch! Help! What is happening to me? To hell with meaning…my body hurts. And what is nature telling me and the world I live in?? Am I aging, dying, or just dreaming? What if anything do these damn symptoms have to do with my world task?
These are some of the many questions arising with symptoms, and with fears about aging. In these classes, the main thesis is that nature wants to show Herself to us as individuals, and community and world. To do that she often disturbs body experience and instead points to “timeless” body motion and experience. How does she want to show herself in public? In terms world theater! After each person works in the center, other actors will create” a short SYMPTOM WORLD THEATER
The background to this “theater” will be an update of processwork that I call, 2nd training in symptom work. Learning how to see all aspects of symptoms as overall, important pattern patterns.
1st Friday; WHO MOVES? Fear of Symptoms: Aging or Dreaming?
2nd Friday. The Processmind in Fatigue, and Vegetative States. Altered States and relationship.
3rd Friday. Aging, Death and Life as World Task Opportunities: The Symptom’s power to create Great Tasks

==================================
Arny’s Classes Jan 28, Feb 4+11
Stephen HAWKING asks:
“WHY IS THERE SOMETHING, RATHER THAN NOTHING?”
Answer: The TAO of PROCESSWORK
Why are you here? How did the Universe get here? These questions cause us to review and update all that we know about processwork.
People have always felt there was some mystery behind our universe, a mystery that appears in physics and spiritual traditions. This mystery has gone by many names. In more recent times Hawking called it “Mind of God”, Freud and Jung spoke of the sub or “unconscious”, spiritual people speak of “God” or nature. Einstein spoke of the “sensation of the mystical”. Taoists call it the Tao that can’t be said.
In these 3 classes I will try to show how Taoism and processmind ideas bring psychology, science, and spiritual traditions closer together and answer Hawking’s question, “why is there something instead of nothing”. Our journey goes through the “Tao that can’t be said” and “liminal” experiences, life and death, Einstein’s relativity and Tibetan spirituality. Finally, each should ask and answer, why are you here, and what is the essence of processwork?
1. TAOISM and PROCESSWORK; Liminal Experience From Nothing to Something
2. EINSTEIN’s TAO; Equivalence Principle: How Spacetime moves you in the universe
3. TAOIST SAGE in TIBETAN BUDDHISM’S BARDOS. Why we are here.
This class is open to the public in Portland and at a distance, and is also connected to the processwork diploma programs: “Advances in Inner Work, 721 Feedback.”

Processwork and Spiritual Traditions
Exploring shamanistic elements of Taoism, Buddhism, and Hinduism appearing in specific altered states of consciousness helps deal with everyday and world issues. We connect these states with metaphors from modern physics to update processwork and discover the Taoist sage in everyone. The inner new work can be used for relationship, business, and world processes.
This seminar is part of a “2nd training” series. 1st trainings for medicine, business, psychology, and leadership, focus on learning specific skills, methods and theories in given professions. You must learn about, economics, business, psychology, medicine, social and political situations etc.
In this new “2ND TRAINING”, educational focus is not only upon theory + skills, but upon shamanistic aspects of Taoism, and upon the “art” of accomplishing your goals. Your own experiences will introduce you to your “ inner Taoist sage”, making your 1st training skills more creative in life.
In principle, this training is useful for people with or without processwork backgrounds. We teach 1st training ideas for inner, relationship and group work, but stress 2nd training’s connection to Taoism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Alchemy and physics.
Some problems may appear to be due to your Taoist sage. For example, the Buddhist mystic Naropa had a great 2nd training teacher. According to one story, Naropa the monk, was seeking his teacher Tilopa. After many hardships, depressed because he failed in his search, Naropa going to kill himself when his teacher, Tilopa appeared in a vision. Naropa was enlightened when Tilopa said, “I was always there in the midst of all your troubles, in fact I was each troublesome event”.
The basic idea is the deepest self, the sage or “processmind” –lies behind problems+can solve them. We seek +use this “sage”, this processmind for inner life, business and world processes.

We are seeking new feeling skills, to deal with inner , relationship and world problems. Cherry Blossoms help us.
When the wind blows in the springtime, it can spin Cherry Blossoms which have fallen to the ground and make them twirl and spin with the dust. Cherry blossoms have let go of the trees, and are free to dance with the wind. Facilitators of difficult inner and world issues, can learn from these blossoms. (See Amy’s YouTube cherry blossoms video by clicking here). Be yourself and follow the “wind.”)

Looking forwards and backwards on the development of processw
ork, Arny wants to honor C.G. Jung and his Jungian teachers. Let’s talk about Jung’s work, about the amazing things he did, and try to answer some of his unanswered questions. What did the alchemists mean with the 1 world, they called the Unus Mundus. What can we say today about Jung’s Synchronicity concept?
Let’s explore what’s similar and different in Jung’s work and in processwork . Looking at the past, allows us to look into the future and re-examine the meaning of individual, archetypes, images, typology, dreams and community. What about anima, animus, shadow and Self in process thinking?
What’s the essence of process, and processwork thinking??

The TAO of PROCESSWORK
WORLD Community

Let’s create a new exploration about the nature and future of the
ProcessWork
World Community
This class is for the processwork beginner, student, and teacher in everyone
We gather in person or online to discover the nature of process work, its community, practices and theory.
Of course, this includes processwork hermits and socialites, ( ) friends, students and t eachers of all kinds. We will explore:
1. CUTTING QUESTIONS–What are your debates, questions and dreams about the theory+practice of p.w.?
2 Your NEW DEVELOPMENTS.What new stuff are you doing??
3. COMMUNITY SYNCHRONICITY: What person, psychological situation and location are the Tao of Processwork this year? You may be the Tao of the World Community. Last year the Tao was someone located in northern Michigan (U.S.)
Here’s how #3 works. Early May, you and others from your area each name an an inner conflict. Then someone from you area spins a pen to find whose inner “conflict” is the Tao of your area! Then your area sends us that information by May 15. Finally, in the Portland class we spin the pen to find which city and person is the world Tao! Then shall explore that inner conflict and how it is the Tao of the PW WORLD community! We will do a brief group process around that “Tao”.
4. PROCESSWORK’S PROCESS; Our Diversity and Common Nature. DEBATE between 3 roles: LAO TSE, PW Schools, and PW Innovators, and how we are all, each of these “parts”.
- — Participate in Portland at 2049 NW Hoyt
- — Participate At-a-Distance by hearing and seeing it live by audio or video “downloads”during and or after the class that help everyone feel part of the class even though not physically present. Connect with pwi@processwork.org to sign on.
