What is a Group? Groups of people are composed of individuals. Yet beyond these individual people, a group is a field, that is a feeling and an atmosphere that includes people, organizations, history, and the environment. Process work deals with the various levels of groups according to the principles of deep democracy (i.e the idea that real events and people are as important as the dreaming background).
