Vision and policies

Our Vision

Process work, or process oriented psychology encourages us to explore inner, relationship, team, large group and organizational work, as well as the sciences + other therapeutic methods. Relief, resolution, sustainable personal + social change, require awareness of the flow of events, subtle +consensual signals, in the body + everyday life, relationships + groups. Together, through noticing “process” in individual + group experiences as well as perennial, common, human ground, we sometimes find unexpected resolutions to the personal and collective conflicts of today. (Descriptions of methods can be found in Amy’s + Arny’s books and this website, though at a given moment new methods--yet to be published-- may be used. The focus is upon learning, training, research and goodhearted community experience. In all the work, we assume that each person is responsible for processing their own experiences, before, during + after classes, forums, seminars, meetings and trainings. Our goals in public work are educational as well as individual, community +world wellbeing.
